Q: How do I book a service?

For New Property Managers (Not yet onboarded): Click "New Client?" button at the top of the page and fill out the form to qualify. After that, You'll now have an account and can book a service. Click "Client Login" and enter your email for the link. Once you're in your dashboard, you can use the new request to book a service, view previous invoice, pay, and more. For Existing Clients (Already onboarded): You will receive a text from us on how to format your requests. All requests may come from a simple formatted text message or an email.

Our pricing structure is determined by the type of service and the complexity of the task at hand. We are committed to providing transparent and upfront pricing prior to the starting any work, ensuring that there are no unexpected costs.

Current pricing structure:

Service Visit = $85. Anytime work is done at a property. does not include labor. includes 1 store visit if needed.
Diagnostic Visit = $85. If scope is unclear and a visit is needed. If work is performed, this changes to a Service Visit.

Emergency, After-Hours & Holiday Service (Based on Availability)

• Emergency, after-hours, and holiday visits are billed at 2× the Service or Diagnostic Visit fee

Emergency status is typically determined by PM request

Materials, Procurement & Handling

Materials are billed at cost with receipts included
Large or heavy items incur a $35 handling fee
One parts trip is included; additional store trips due to added scope incur a $45 fee
Disposal fees apply only when requested for removal from the property rather than on-site disposal
Large item disposal starts at $100; smaller items start at $45
